For those wishing to drive “convoy style” to Battleship Cove for the sleepover on the USS Massachusetts, we can meet at Stall Brook parking lot on Saturday morning at 11am.

With a Mapquest the drive time of 50 minutes, we would arrive at Battleship Cove at ~12pm. This provides us with a few hours of free time to explore the area between check-in/bunking assignment and the first scheduled Marine Museum presentation at 2pm.

For anyone not wishing to convoy, Arrival & Check-in is listed anytime from 11:30am -3:00pm on Saturday. If you would to Mapquest, the address is 5 Water St., Fall River, MA. 02721.

Suggested Sleepover Checklist

1. Bottled water, sports drinks
2. Nighttime snacks (Trail mix, cookies, Hershey bar, etc.)
3. Morning snacks (Breakfast bars, etc.)
4. Flashlight
5. Toilet paper, toothbrush & toothpaste, soap or hand sanitizer
6. Towel, washcloth
7. Lip balm or Chapstick, tissues, pain reliever (Aspirin, Advil, etc.)
8. Sleeping bag, sleeping pad, pillow
9. Sleep clothes
10. Change of clothes
11. Needed personal medication
12. Souvenir money
13. Sweatshirt
14. Camera
15. Playing cards
16. Cell phone
17. Backpack, carry bag
